One of Roborock’s best robot vacuums is currently on sale, bringing it down to a much more appealing price compared to a major competitor.
From now until 6 March 2025, you can save $500 on the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It’s one heck of a name, and at a discounted price of $2,499, it’s still very much a premium purchase. Still, that brings it to parity with the launch RRP of last year’s Ecovacs Deebot X5 Pro Omni. For comparison, Ecovacs’ current flagship model is on sale for $1,799 at the time of writing.
When we reviewed the S8 MaxV Ultra last year, its cleaning performance stood out. Not only that, but it also cleaned efficiently without bumping into everything in sight. It left reviewer Alice Clarke impressed by the quality of the robot’s vacuuming and mopping features, as well as the fact it didn’t gobble up cords along the way.
Alongside the top-end robot cleaner, Roborock also has $300 off its wet-dry vacuum, the Flexi Pro. It’s a stick vacuum that also uses a mop roller to handle any liquid or sticky messes along the way. Normally $999, the Flexi Pro is $699 during Roborock’s sale.
Rounding out the discounts is $200 off the mid-range Roborock Qrevo S robot vacuum, bringing the price down to $1,299. Some retailers, like The Good Guys, sell it at an even cheaper $1,099. A more affordable option, it comes with an auto-empty docking station that cleans the robot for you.
It’s not a bad time to be in the market for robotic cleaning appliances; last year’s top models are set to come down in price ahead of the 2025 range.
